I've been pleasantly surprised working here and how open minded and willing to help the staff is. We all push each other to be our best. It's unlike other organizations I have worked.

It's a common compensation package. Employees pay a small fee for health, life, and disability insurance, retirement plan, and time off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency. At weekly and monthly meetings our staff will receive updates from all topics discussed at senior leadership team meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like solving complex problems, innovating and help our customers be successful. I am happiest when I know I have helped a customer make great strides to improve their business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a very diverse group each with different skillsets and experience. Everyone is open minded and willing to step in and help when needed. It truly feels like we are all on the same team even if in different departments.
