Everyone is willing to help each other. Though projects may be individual, the teams do not lose sight of collaborative work across projects and disciplines.

My boss, my bosses boss, and my bosses bosses boss are all actively engaged with the levels below them. At last once a week my SVP checks in with me individually to see if there is anything he can do to help me move my work forward.
