I enjoy working for Carbon and am proud to talk about who we are and what we do to others. In my particular case I feel the compnsation and benifits are a bit uneven but agian that is due to my particular case regarding relocating for the company.

Everyone is supportive and open minded. Easy to work with and encouraging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have the best interests of the company in mind and are seriously trying to advance the company forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a large pay cut when I moved to another contry and was localized. I didn't think it was fair to pay me far less then I was making before localization to do the same job just because it was higher than normal in the country I had localized in.
