I like the transparency and openness of the new team very much
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is inclusive, positive and respectful, always. Becoming a strong team is the most important factor for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The experience co-workers are great to work alongside, supportive, and helpful. The new coworkers are (obviously) inexperienced but are less receptive to receiving or asking for advice and support from long-time Carbonites. They act less as a team
