Overall I love working for Carbon, but it lacks clear communication from our leadership team that creates confusion among teams and departments leaving us to create more meetings to try to align. I wish there was better communication to avoid this.

They can absolutely get better at communicating across teams/depts so that we are better aligned as a whole.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I work hard and put a lot of effort into growing with the company over the years, but I am still barely surviving in the bay area. Hoping I will get promoted soon and be in a better position to support myself and contribute to my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely collaborative and supportive of each other. Even when we don't have clarity on project, we always figure it out how together and support each other when we need it. I can always count on anybody on my team for any kind of support and they can always count on me. I love my team!
