Diverse skillsets and competent. They also have a lot of history with the company and tribal knowledge

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offer project or goal based bonuses and 401k matching. Stock bonuses are cool but the only cash based compensation we have is our salary which changes once a year
