Although the perks and benefits have worsened substantially since I was hired, I think the company does great work and that our customers do truly love us and our products.

Overall experience has been positive! I think the experience outside of a customer facing team would be much more positive as we don't receive the same holidays/PTO/daily flexibility as other teams. Would also be more positive if not working remotely and missing out on office perks.
