We're still pretty relaxed in terms of attire, not too "corporate" although we're heading in that direction

Everyone is really communicative and willing to go the extra mile with an "all hands on deck" approach to solve problems
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems like now more than ever they are actually willing to listen and understand tough problems that need to be solved to make us successful and have a solid rip on reality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there's inequity between teams, and when folks talk about how much money they make it tends to be awkward because some teams are so obviously overpaid for the work they do compared to others.
