It's good. I don't really know what the next step of my career is at Carbon, but I'm not immediately concerned with it.

Working on projects I'm good at. Learning new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work life balance is good. People respect you having a life outside work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't have much interaction with them, honestly. Craig and Jason seem nice, though!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation just seems a little low compared to market. I know Carbon is not as large as Netflix/Paypal and I don't expect like compensation. But, we should stop saying we pay lower bc we're a startup - we're a series E company, that barely counts as a startup. We have trouble hiring tech bc of pay
