People at Carbon are honest and open with each other. They are generally very friendly and willing to take the time to chat and treat you as a person first and a co-worker second.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they don't know something they are clear and honest with the company. They are also looking for solutions and information, not to blame people for a job gone wrong. I feel very comfortable bringing up potential issues to the leadership team.
