Nice people. It's not obvious we have a strong future as a company, though. too much confusion about roles. Not enough trust in employees to own decisions.

It feels good when people appreciate my contribution. That's very important to me, that I'm helping people.

People are kind and really care about their work, but everyone still enjoys some jokes and fun during meetings. It's a great balance.

People are smart and definitely care about the company and others. No petty whining or gossip about anyone. Very professional, but still fun.

The culture is very kind and positive. People treat each other with friendly respect. Lots of smart people, but no big egos. It's a great group.

People are super committed to their work and our customers. Everyone is a pleasure to talk to and work with. People are always very happy to help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hate having open seating. It's impossible to get individual work done. I stay home when I need to actually work. Also, program managers for projects, instead of facilitating progress, take over the project and add to the work by making a million meetings and over communicating with leaders.
