Coming to Carbon has been life-changing for me. Before coming here 15 months ago, I didn't know how much I needed a culture filled with talented and energetic people all filled with such a uniform commitment to disrupting the status quo.

The team is the best thing about Carbon. The quality of creative & collaborative energy is far superior to anything I've ever witnessed in my career. Carbon people want to drive change, possess the requisite skill to do it will, and most importantly, are willing to put in the work to make it happen.
