It depends on your situation
Benefits are well rounded especially the medical and dental.
Pay is fair, benefits are sufficient and easy to access.
unlimited PTO and decent pay, but not quite at market rate.
Great benefits for ne and my kids
Untracked pto and flexible work
Im a part time employee
Flex vacation for salary. Being able to work remotely.
The pay and health insurance
Benefits are great, buy pay and merit time increases are terrible
Generous Paid time off and holidays
Stock and bobus when paid out
Benefits are slightly better than other companies Ive worked for.
Benefits are more affordable (not cheap though)
Pay is fair. Benefits are very generous.
35 days paid time off
Commission for hospital sales executive
3 weeks of vacation first year
It's comprehensive and I feel very fair.
I was very satisfied with my base salary & the benefits. I received a nice quanity of stock options for succsessfully adding to the sales and expense budgets. The companies I worked for awarded their employess and that was what created sucessful Stock prices as well as satisfied their employees.
20 years plus, and with the discontinuance of milestones is a slap in the face, new hires making almost as much as us is an insult, if you can't make the pay more even then increase the paid time off it will all come out n the wash.

Paid fairly for the work i do. New hires make close to what some employees have worked 20 years for
We are expected to live at our job, we have no family time or time for a life outside of work
Should be paid for what you do. Often times at Cardinal Health your job keeps ascending into other areas with more and more responsibility. But the pay stops where you were hired on.
401k match needs to be a little better. 4% is on the cheap side. There are warehouses offering 22-25 dollars per hour. 19/hr is a bit below what other warehouses offer. Warehouse is climate controlled though which is rare, so slightly better work environment
To be able to feed my family and have a small amount of savings. Instead of hand to mouth.
Our benefits are trash but the pay and PTO make up for it
Salary a lower than I made in previous roles, for my experience.
I make more than $7 an hour less than other people doing the exact same job as me.
More money .Tell more people you appreciate them

Totally for all the work we do in driving and how hard we work to deliver the self contained bags and bring back unused or used. Supposed to leave your 8 hr shift and 15 minutes before punch out we get a call. Now it's at the time of hazardes driving with back's up and now missing dinner.
Compensation is really bad in comparison to similar companies.
As a healthcare company, I am surprised at the overall cost of coverage. I spend hundreds per month to have a $1500 deductible and 80% coverage, with about $1300 per year going to my HSA to minimize taxes on medical costs.
Raises are small. They are based on management's personnal feelings rather than the amount and quality of work produced.
wages are lower. my job title at another company would be 50% higher.
Pay is okay, but benefits are poor compartively.
Our company compensation is well below market. It needs to increase to be more competitive.
UNDER-VALUE DE-GRADED DE-MEAN from upper management and $0.00-$0.30 cents raises are not reasonable especially for pharmacy technicians.

Same compensation as it was 20 gears ago

Frequently see my counterpart in competitors (including those who are much smaller than us) being paid more.
