20 years plus, and with the discontinuance of milestones is a slap in the face, new hires making almost as much as us is an insult, if you can't make the pay more even then increase the paid time off it will all come out n the wash.
Review from Operations Dept
Paid fairly for the work i do. New hires make close to what some employees have worked 20 years for
We are expected to live at our job, we have no family time or time for a life outside of work
Should be paid for what you do. Often times at Cardinal Health your job keeps ascending into other areas with more and more responsibility. But the pay stops where you were hired on.
401k match needs to be a little better. 4% is on the cheap side. There are warehouses offering 22-25 dollars per hour. 19/hr is a bit below what other warehouses offer. Warehouse is climate controlled though which is rare, so slightly better work environment
Ability to rise to the occasion
The manager level down cares SO MUCH. Many directors too. Lessens as it goes up.
Team is a cohesive group, freely sharing ideas and resources.
camaraderie and dedication to the team and work
We communicate and help each other
Turn over rate is so high now because this company is not competitive with salary. Our talent has diminished greatly. And currently the average employee in our building has only been here a couple years. Basically a lot of people need help to complete there tasks and rely on veterans too much.
communication is critical and a lot of them are missing tghwr
Working together as a team
Todays work force is all about receiving a high rate of pay bit not working for it
Focus more on results than on process. Make sure what you're doing makes an impact.

There is diversty and inclusion
Quit worrying about political happiness and start being a business with business goals
Drug test, fire incompetence management and hold everyone to the same standards
HUMANITY! Better pay for the length of time at the company.
Sweep all of the 30+ years co workers and staff and train everyone correctly. Cardinal health is so cheap when it comes to a positive staff environment. They are not will to INVESTIGATE and resolve the problem within the company.
Review from Operations Dept
Leaders that are not so concerned with their own upward mobility BUT rather the long term health of the organization

Interviewers acted friendly and open.
Just speaking to the supervisor and the leads
It is fair, constructive, informative.
Multiple interviewing by hiring staff
Typically there is a long interview process.
Ensure that there is an action process for training and effectively on boarding new hires. I worked for almost 2 months before being paid and being given a badge to be able to clock in and out.
Very collaborative, but also long and drawn out
Bring people in that are coached on professional questions
Favoritism is at a all time high

I love the work I do for the company. Constantly learning & being challenged. I'm never bored.
Interesting work and pleasant interactions with coworkers.
Being trusted to be an adult and do what is best for the organization.
Driving, delivering and meeting people.
There needs to be accountability of senior leadership
Our service is poor. We need to clean up the bureaucracy and make it easy to work with is (both inside and out)
No one cares as long as the job get done. Leadership
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to understand the operation before they make decisions that make it slow, difficult, and inefficient
Being over looked for a promotion you truly were the better candidate but not getting it because of favouritism
leadership alignment on the direction and priorities of the supply chain
