What do you like best about your company?Flexibility and pto are the best.
What did you like most about the interview process?I had alot of airtime with my hiring manager but too little time with individuals I would work closely with. Very strong push to bring people in but almost no training or supportive resources to keep them in. 3-5 emails/week from departing colleagues; 100 open positions. Incredible for 500 head firm
What did you like most about the interview process? The former leadership team was transparent and allowed you to speak to the teams you will work with. Currently interviewees only speak to leadership to shield any visibility to how toxic company is
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership killed culture and turned it into a toxic environment filled with bullying, retaliation and bro code leadership team. Women are fleeing the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Culture is toxic, no level of trust to voice frustrations unless you go straight to HR and their is retaliation when you voice anything negative
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The culture pits workers against one another and there is not trust
