  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at CareerBuilder?
Transparency about the implications of our Apollo Group sale to rebuild trust and confidence in the company. We need to know what the future is going to look like to make decisions about whether to stay or go. A lot of recent take-aways and de-motivators (lay-offs, elimination of leadership development programs, high voluntary and involuntary turnover, benefit and bonus reductions, etc). Recent infusion of Apollo leaders at the top clearly messaging that they're profit squeezing in preparation to sell us off, probably in pieces. Feels like a company episode of Flip or Flop. Wages were already low, but at least we had great culture and work life balance. That's already changing and the best employees are quickly moving on and out. Be honest so your workforce has eyes wide open to expectations and we won't continue to see sacrifices in other important areas for the high cost of continuous turnover. If the new culture is for us to be obedient slaves , then prepare for a flop.
