Good balance of employee and customer focus.
They are really good listeners and want to hear your ideas. They also celebrate people for taking risks with big ideas, even if it was a failure (cleverly called a Pancake Award!).
Open Door, willing to take feedback seriously.
They are always open to feedback and actually listen to my concerns.
The leadership team is extremely approachable and willing to engage with and speak with employees at all levels of the company. Our leadership team definitely possesses a certain humility that makes them approachable and relatable.
Equity and addressing discrimination. Stop "giving" jobs to the "majority!"
listening and treating people with respect
Paid Time Off Policy and Remote Work
Annual bonus and fair raises
Annual company bonus plan! Not necessarily truly "compensation", but the work-life balance at CL is the best I've ever experienced at a company
Our benefits are very generous, as is our vacation and leave policy.
Its hard to get a raise.
When you calculate the number of hours you work against what you are paid, you could work at Costco and make the same amount of money.
Salary being raised for cost of living and market standard
Job responsibilities continue to grow/change but the job title and compensation doesn't reflect that and there's no prospect for growth in this company.
The company lacks a clear pathway for advancement across most departments. Due to the company's lack of a self generated revenue stream they have been at the mercy of outside investors navigating and funding their future.
Hard working, dedicated and friendly. Good people.
Everyone is so skilled at want they do and passionate about high-quality from the ad that introduced a customer to CL to the products we put in their classrooms and everything in between.
Kind, strong work ethic, collaborative
Very collaborative and fun! We keep it balanced.
My team is collaborative and meets often to discuss work related issues/projects.
Being culturally aware. A SR MSP should never be comfortable asking Black staff about "black cruise ship" experiences.
Everybody is nice, but meetings drag on sometimes for hours. There is no reason why you need to be in a meeting where everybody is looking at the same document, line by line. The people are very nice, but nice people can be in bad places.
being team players was not a thing
I like the people that I work with.
We've grown so much over the past few years but still have the same boutique company vibe, even being fully remote. The Culture Club does a great job keeping that close team culture alive.
Focused on Joy and Collaboration!
I think the most positive thing is the fact that the company encourages you to try things even if they fail. It is a very psychologically safe environment.
The people who work here! Everyone is just extremely kind to one another!
Treat people with respect. be ethical
Interview seemed professional at the time. They asked good questions. Reality of working there didn't match what was presented during hiring process.
