What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like the people that I work with.

We've grown so much over the past few years but still have the same boutique company vibe, even being fully remote. The Culture Club does a great job keeping that close team culture alive.

I think the most positive thing is the fact that the company encourages you to try things even if they fail. It is a very psychologically safe environment.

The people who work here! Everyone is just extremely kind to one another!

The company recognizes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Since COVID, the company has made it extremely flexible for employees to be able to work from home without the pressure of coming into the office
