What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like the people that I work with.

We've grown so much over the past few years but still have the same boutique company vibe, even being fully remote. The Culture Club does a great job keeping that close team culture alive.

Focused on Joy and Collaboration!

I think the most positive thing is the fact that the company encourages you to try things even if they fail. It is a very psychologically safe environment.

The people who work here! Everyone is just extremely kind to one another!

Our CEO has created a positive culture and continues to be relentlessly attentive to every employee. We have been named a Top Place to Work in Pittsburgh 8 years in a row. In 2024, we were named to the Top 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators by Fast Company.
