Team is very eager and driven which is nice. They also are so willing to share information with others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel valued. Compensation would be nice if some of the abilities to achieve bonus were more in our control.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment is good. I really enjoy the people I work with. I feel there are times we could slow down an evaluate more before pulling the trigger.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with other driven people. I'm looking forward to the growth in the technology side of the company to make things way more efficient and a better experience for our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel sometimes we go a bit fast with changes in operations. It seems to be thought out, but the execution tends to always have issues. Maybe including more of the line level team members to as a task force for execution would help the execution go better.
