It's obvious they care about us with the amount of time and money the spend to consistently make us happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they have fairly competitive initial wages, but once you've gained some experience and would like to stick around, the money just isn't quite worth it.
