What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the bonus program that rewards me for accomplishing goals every quarter.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt very thorough. While it was difficult at the time, it made me more confident that the other people I'd be working with were also highly vetted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each member of the leadership team consistently demonstrates their genuine, deep care for the company and its employees. Oftentimes expressing their care in situations that don't call for it and demonstrating it in big and small ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a huge focus on personal growth. Many of our perks (free fruit, fitness classes, goal planning lessons, etc.) focus on our overall health and wellbeing, creating a really beautiful balance of personal and professional encouragement and bonding among team members.
