With everyone working from home, the drive to over-communicate, then calibrate that communication so it's time well spent is something the whole team really showed up for. My immediate team is also funny, bright, resourceful, and gritty.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Crush It Call: a Friday meeting where anyone an grab the mic and express their admiration for anyone in the company. It works and it's great. Diversity & Inclusion programming: amazingly tone-sensitive and necessary, especially in the current climate.
