They are always motivating and encouraging us to try new things and go above and beyond, all while understanding that it is perfectly normal to feel below the line sometimes!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've been able to use my health insurance to take care of my mental health and go see a therapist, which I have wanted to do for a long time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "crush it" calls. Every Friday we all stop working at 4pm and gather in the center of the floor and "crush," or basically shout out a fellow team member. We then state one thing that we are grateful for. It is the best thing ever!
