Working with my coworkers - learning from them and growing with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of good humor, common interests, and tons and tons of respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly, easy to approach, they know me by name. I feel happy I am comfortable enough to wave and say "hi!" when I see them, rather than just keeping my head down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all practice radical candor with each other, so there is no wasting time second guessing, or carefully phrasing things. We all get along well together, and have similar senses of humor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
working with me when I want to take time off, also 12 week Maternity plan. (I do wish it was extended to a Parental plan, so partners could take care of their baby and partner that gave birth)
