Build trust and learning. You are force feeding and not coaching leaders. Develop people and move out of the way. Be proud they did things and not be narcissistic untrusting "professional confronting" "must keep the tension" managers (these execs are not leaders). They don't know what they are doing
Listen to employees and appreciate their efforts.
Experience people know what there doing
Change the current leaders. They will never "get it" BOD needs to hear what is going on.
Needs to listen to employees and lead instead of micro managing all. Poor performance comes from financial driven management and not developing employees.
Paid for all the time having to earn others pay
Better pay rates and benefits
Listen to our ideas and allow us to change processes. Don't keep telling us to do what you want and then tell us to do it faster.
Improve the benefits and show us that they actually care
Compensation is average, bonus is small
Good workers do the work, lazy ones lay back and watch.
Get back to holding people accountable
All the good people are leaving or have left. No consideration of helping, just dump the workload on others and wipe hands clean.
Communication and work life balance
Upper management is pretty clueless, middle management is trying to survive.
Get rid of the executive management and replace from within
Get a turn-around leader than can make this great. Get rid of 'consulting VP's' that cause miss-trust
Senior members of leadership are not leading, or do people want to follow them. Change the leaders to make culture change positive. The board needs to wake up that they have an underutilized culture that is defecting away from the company.
Too many interviews and insignificant questions.
Stop asking about how you would handle a situation with another employee and start asking what skills you bring to the table
Executive management needs to he replaced.
More technical people to support
Too many items are around leadership. Managers are overly demanding because of the pressure put on them from above. Imagine having to justify all that you do every day in a weekly report. This standard of mistrust is rampant through the leadership. They also don't know how to handle challengers too.
Sometimes no days off for months, cant take more than 2 weekends off a year, working holidays.
New management staff is needed
