Willing to help and experts on their field.
Exec leaders in meetings are silent until the end and then unleash h3ll on their meeting members from the sites. Very unprofessional and "old school" 1980 style.

They provide free meals through food trucks a few times per year

The basic test they make you take to make sure applicants are somewhat competent
