Carvana Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Carvana has a lot of perks. I really love the Carvana he's program which will allow a certain amount of monetary assistance in attending ASU and learning a degree.

The pay is fair. But I believe advocates should be paid more considering we are the only face that that customer will ever see

Not expensive and Very reasonable

Safety Bonus, paid time off, 401K.

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing about it was good

Equity awards and other benefits such as pet insurance

Health insurance and 401k benefits

The benefits package is good. The payscale is low if you are available devoted company man.

The insurance is affordable. That's the only pro.

medical insurance is really great

Bonus is a great incentive

The healthcare premium paid by employees is very low compared to other companies.

The benefits I would admit

health and dental insurance costs.

Nothing really, as I was lied to about my bonus 2 times

Having an affordable high deductible health care plan with a HSA account.

Fair pay and benefits good health insurance

Not sure about the he compensation package

The insurance policy coverage is good

It's all as good as I would expect

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe workers need to get a certain percentage of equity if they work for the company more than 10 years

I feel like I perform more duties than asked so I should receive more money

Would like to have made more money

Again if there were a human resources available on site an easy way to contact them by phone and email

More pay. Im living at my supervisors place becuse i dont make enough to qualify for an apartment within 45mins of work

More money would be better.

We work from 5-3:30 monday through friday, and they will tell you at the last second that youll be working saturday too. What takes the cake is when you put in vacation a week in advance (which is required) such as on friday, then 2 days before then they tell you that they are working mandatory sat.

The little things would nake a big difference and maybe offering more raises and bonuses every quarter or annually.

I want better pay and quarter performance raises. Even 25cents every quarter of a year would make people wanna stay long term.

401k contributions, stock options and healthcare

more acknowledgement on employees hard work & stop talking about employees on a personal level

Higher pay due to increased workload or restructuring pay rate to include commission

No because my leadership always told me to refer to HR

Undervalued and paid cheap for the work

I'm part time and I receive no benefits of any kind

I feel like we are not included in the company change on the site and we get filled in to late when the change happens. We are the ones that are on the lot working and know what the lot can handle.

if you break down the salary to an hourly evaluation, it's less than you make at fast food!

They lied and said there is opportunities to move up in the company and no year raise

Completed all VOP's for inventory IA2 and a RM signed off on them and submitted them on March 31st, 2022. Haven't heard a thing about it since then and have never been upgraded to IA2. All my questions have been ignored and nobody seems to know anything about the process. There is only 1 IA2 in dept.

They will literally hire some random person off the street that knows nothing about cars, hire them at a T3 at 25hr yet they barely can flip a burger much less work on vehicles. Its just wild how reckless that company is tbh. Theres no longevity working there anymore.
