They sell cars they don't have titles to.

The pay and hours is not equal to the amount if work. Simple

Provide better product inspection at a fair price

Changes made constantly in negative ways. Favoritsm between workers and team leads. Power abusive managers. The techs don't properly inspect cars and they are returned to us with issues still

Cars on the lot constantly get demolished, stolen, parts get stolen, the wrong people get hired constantly, heck someone literally got robbed at gun point in cafeterias bathroom and thats IN THE MAIN BUILDING!!! They didnt even tell anyone they just started putting up no gun signs.

Pay raise, Bonuses, Optional Overtime, Remodel Pointing System.

Have simple human understanding with life and work

Need new leaders that could show integrity and could lead by example.

Registration takes six months. Car prices are premium but the vehicles are wrecked garbage. Get a second inspection

No one is listening to the complaints. It’s all about numbers. How much money can the company make? How many cars can we get in and out of her

Over stocked with inventory, no physical space. Maintenance technicians use sub par practices to repair stocked inventory that customers purchase.

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE ALOT

This place is a joke. Corporate needs to pull hands from the mechanics side and stick to the money side and business relations. Yall don't know how to run a shop and it shows
