As the company has struggled to hit sales targets, Catchpoint has become an increasingly unpleasant place to work.

Positive, supportive, inclusive and collaborative

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are silos trading responsibility for problems. Also, "core" and "agent" have poor communication history because of mistrust. Also sales/marketing and the rest of the company are out of touch. Too many scrum masters and middle layer managers, too few people do real work.
