Married employees have to have separate health care plans and it is expensive having two huge deductibles

Morale needs to improve but that comes from management problems. Knowing you can't get a promotion affect employees.

Flex time is the only positive.

The executive team, need to lead by example show thoughtful and caring leadership and be a team. They are not a team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fragmentation, lack of clear direction, lack of care for people customers and employees. Too much focus on OPACC, silos and shareholder return.
