- What did you like most about the interview process?My store manager was very down to earth & made the interview process a lot more comfortable. I was extremely nervous, but her sharing her story about her first interview helped calm me down. It made the interview relatable because she's felt that nervous before too.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?My coworkers & I all make sure to keep our store a very positive & uplifting place. We want to see our customers happy & satisfied when they leave. I do feel like we all work harder than we should. We honestly dont get paid enough for what they require us to do.
