What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Being honest with their feedback. You can get hung up for years with a bad manager who says you're doing great and wants to focus on helping your career growth only for you to consistently make the lowest amount on your team and be told they have no actionable feedback.

Lack of professionalism at all levels

Communication. Resisting bullying in the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Management Change needs to be undertaken

Raises are not high enough or often enough. Lots of carrot dangling. Typical stuff.

My experience and knowledge are not taken seriously. If I actually had a voice and my ideas and opinions, based on my experience were heard and acknowledged

There are people on my team who are making a higher wage even though I have been there longer and my productivity is above average. I am praised for my daily work, but then receive contrary information during reviews that have no basis in reality.

If I was paid more.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Effective process standardization is almost absent at this company. While that does not lie at the feet of my peers, having 10 people perform the same job 10 wildly different ways is not helpful.

Management talks at you, never with you. Chain of command silences majority.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Management has no clue, especially Tracy Maddox

Promotions based on merit not popularity. Listening to experienced, knowledgeable employees and actually taking that information into account.

Actually listening to experienced employees ideas and opinions rather than giving them lip service and ignoring the information.

Adequate and transparent pay scales. Stop hiring companies to tell your employees it would be bad or ineffective to publish pay bands.

Replace management and leadership immediately
