Communication isnt bad i guess and work is ok

Management needs to be honest with employees from the beginning, not just parrot corporate policy.

Morale is low. Too much micromanaging.

Need to be held accountable for their shoddy work

The coworkers should have the same mind-set unified together as a team.

They may need exposure to industry, competitors, and level of sophistication on corporate, organization, industry and global norms, trends, roles, behavior, sense of urgency, true agility, andd much much more.

Its not the coworkers. Its centene!

need to have solid plans to get the work done.

Stop back stabbing and focus on the work at hand.

People try to back stab in order to get promoted so you have to watch everything you do and say in front of everyone.

Take work more seriously. Most of them are cool though just a lack of morale because other supervisor makes job hard to do.

Less office politics and withholding information that can help the team or department move forward and grow together.

My coworkers need to be cognizant off those around them and not be so loud and inconsiderate. We could work together better if they did the work that they are supposed to do in a timely manner
