In a world where benefits are more and more expensive, Ceres continues to offer health, dental, and vision as well as 12 weeks maternity leave.

Nonprofits are limited in their ability to provide compensation, but I appreciate that Ceres works hard to compensate employees fairly and provides merit-based bonuses/salary increases which not all nonprofits do to the same extent.
