Ceres if a great place to work, with mission driven, dedicated people. The pace can be fast but everyone is working to support each other. The benefits and work-life balance are generally good but pay is subpar. Ceres is growing very fast and management should invest in current employees.

Entry level pay may be competitive with other non-profits but that's not a high bar.

The work is of interesting subject matter and makes you feel like you're making a difference. Coworkers are supportive, and there is never a dull moment - always exciting things coming down the pipe.

Work culture is very fast, but that comes with people being very committed to the mission of sustainability and cutting GHG emissions. It is a very welcoming culture and great place to learn about others' work.
