Ceres rewards hard workers with more work but no additional compensation. Staff across the organization are often tasked with work outside of their responsibillites
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team encompasses the majority of department leaders. The larger group is an effective way to make decisions and disseminate information to the full organization
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is growing at an unsustainable rate and employees are not feeling supported by the organization at large. Leadership and decision making bodies have become unclear and creates confusion when decisions need to be made.
