What makes you most happy at work?Work life balance, positivity of the people around me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Really nice & intelligent people willing to help solve for any issues that come about.
What are some of the best things about your team?Great group of people who focus on getting what needs to be done, done. Extremely supportive overall.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customers call screaming at us for mistakes of previous reps. We need more competent training and to make sure ALL departments are on the same page.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to get better at leading. There is no leadership presence or direction to unify teams together, and there is little communication from leadership on topics that matter to employees. Teams operate in silos with no regard for other teams, platforms, or internal user experience.
