- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customers call screaming at us for mistakes of previous reps. We need more competent training and to make sure ALL departments are on the same page.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to get better at leading. There is no leadership presence or direction to unify teams together, and there is little communication from leadership on topics that matter to employees. Teams operate in silos with no regard for other teams, platforms, or internal user experience.

As a company, we believe in giving back. Through our Chewy Gives Back program, we donate pet products, food and other essential items directly to shelters, rescues and other non-profit animal welfare organizations across the U.S.Chewy’s Wish List feature and Adoptable Pets service provides shelters and rescues the ability to create a customized list of critically needed items and display pets available for adoption.
Chewy customers and supporters can then donate supplies and browse pets looking for a loving home, all in one place.
We launched Chewy Gives Back in 2012 to create a better world for pets and the communities that support them. Thanks to our partnerships with global non-profit organizations, we have been able to give back to communities beyond just where we live and work.
Since 2012, Chewy has donated over $183 million in food and supplies to local shelters and rescues, including:
