What do you like best about the leadership team?
They tend to leave you alone. Which is a double edged sword.
My immediate manager listens and validates my concerns, even if we arent aligned. Provides insight and alternative perspectives to hep understand a bogger pocture when needed. Shows eagerness to understand and learn any areas they are not proficient in to better ensure they can support me in my role

My immediate teammates are extremely supportive, just as driven as I am, both caring for the success of the company and the mental health of each other. Always willing to help, educate, and research towards a common goal. Wonderful brainstormers.
