Chili's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I was injured on the job

The health packages included with the benefits.

Dental and vision benefits for me.

We dont have one for my fam

Review from Customer Success Dept

I am a server so I do not recieve any kind of compensation.

I dont have any unfortunatley

Just having a 401 k in place

Paid vacation, 401k with matching

Very easy to use here

The discount card we receive after 90 days.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Tips are great at my location.

The opportunity to explore saving options

It is a very good idea for family too

i love the pay because i am a server and believe my tips reflect my work, and given that i make great money, i know it means im a great server. i also appreciate the benefits we are offered

I am paid by tip share

It is a fair agreement

Just the fact that we get a compensation package is the best

I've yet to have any compensation packaging.

Review from Sales Dept

Dont actually use a compensation package

Not much, dont have jt

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All of your Hard work goes unnoticed

If I had more coworkers who took the job seriously

The general manager in all the managers

Yes. I worked with respect but it back fired

If my check wouldnt be withheld from me for 4 weeks.

I was orignally payed 16 an hour for 5 years of experience. Got a raise after 8 months to 17 but then found out an 18 year old started out at 21 a hour. When it was mentioned they made it a problem

Review from Product Dept

Yes. I worked hard and wasn't appreciated.

Better pay rates for employees

Full time benefits with full time hours and better hourly pay

When I originally had gotten hired in January, I applied for the bartender position, got hired for the bartender's position, was told several times that I was going to get moved up, and kept getting passed by because of Kevin's personal feelings towards me.

Review from Sales Dept

More pay because it's a lot to deal with on a daily basis

Being paid a living wage

Since i barely get hours and my managers arent fair

Take away food runners or Brinker paying them instead of me would be a great start

I drive an hour to work here and if i was allowed to make the host follow a rotation and if the sections were faitly given out and rotated i might would make some money. I have 7 years experience serving & i jist want people to do their jobs & follow policy

I feel like I work hard or even harder than some of my other co workers but i honestly feel discriminated. I would appreciate it if they would recognize it

Managers go missing often, no enough support. My tips go down when they cut everyone and hide in the office.

I fell i targeted because i have a mental condition and some of the managers are flirting and possibly sleeping with workers. I do alot i dont get a break but managers are kicking with thier smoking buds in the back

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have to overcompensate for other employees. Management have purposefuly put me in these positions as well.

Making more money. Being resoected for the amount and quality of work i produce.
