They said i was hired and then took almost a month to get back to me that i was for sure hired as a server. Then gave me a position running instead of serving. Got stuck there for a couple months. I felt used tbh
Dont lie about hours and the actual postion youve tried to accept. They say they need help with runners and then you get stuck running until you beg and sound crazy that you dont wanna work anymore for pennies and nickels when you are an experienced. They play favoritizm over strong for the schedule
Not lie about hours you are promised and not lie about how long youd be doing favors for. Being stuck running for damn near 5 months instead of the one month of charity shifts we agreed apon
