Right now we’re all work from home but Chime keeps us connected through company events. Chime also has a good culture of providing feedback in a constructive way. Overall people are very kind and care about the mission and our member

Awesome mission, and company values are really lived. Everyone, including executive team are member obsessed, and striving to improve our members' financial health. Management, including executive team are truly caring about the employees. No politics.

Management needs to change up. They do not honor Chime's ideals. My manager openly mocks Chime's values, especially "Chime In" - Mgr really hates that one.
The old boys club culture and extreme nepotism gots to go
Our job consisted of dealing with mostly unsatisfied customers we had to change that on top of that with the situation we were being put in by the company justa made it worse
The leadership needs to add diversity and needs to communicate
