Not only do they offer continued education in the ever changing environment, but they have mastered how to make the workplace fun, family oriented and, effective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a positive mindset, I love how it is encouraged through morning meetings, to congratulatory announcements all through out the day via leadership boards. This creates a environment where there are minimal weak links.
