Overall my experience at CIENCE has truly been awesome. The C-Suite execs are all amazing and down to earth. The employees are incredible. Just an awesome work culture altogether. My only complaint is below industry average compensation.

We are paid WELL below industry average. Those is company wide, from entry level to management.
