Closing deals and getting the engagements kicked off with positive energy & excitement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am an SE and I know my comp is tied to my performance. There are really very few barriers to success here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am on the SE team and I don't feel like anyone is a "lone wolf". We are collaborative and everyone acts invested in the full team's success for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always available, regardless of your role in the company. I've always felt like more than just an employee and this was tested and proven with the Kiev situation. Our whole team, especially leadership, has great perspective beyond just work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CIENCE has done great to set up collaborative spaces and platforms (i.e. Slack, meeting cadences, 1:1s, TLTs, All Hands). I get a lot of cross-department exposure and feel like I am hearing most things "from the horse's mouth" (EQ, Maynes, John).
