Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In our country, companies provide to their employees once a year something called "profit-sharing" (which is one of the benefits by law) and we haven't received it so far. I think it would be good to open a discussion and be clear on how this will be treated in the years to come.
