I can't even put into words how much I love working here. I have never liked a job before. From top to bottom, the organization actually embodies its values and that is so rare. I'm proud to work here, and believe that we will continue to grow at a rapid pace.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really love it here overall. Our benefits package is not the best. The insurance options are awful, to be honest. One offers no coverage until you have paid in 5000 dollars (which I will never reach) and the other is prohibitively expensive. There are only the 2 options. I love my team and my cowo
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was over zoom because of the pandemic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody in the company is helpful, polite, collaborative and fun. I love it here overall.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works collaboratively even though there is a hierarchy. We get along, and respect each other.

Everybody is working toward the same goals and we all cooperate to make sure things get done, and done well!

Everybody is willing to help with any questions, and we have fun together. I love how cooperative and collaborative the job is.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my team. We have fun encouraging each other, and strive to make things as close to perfect as possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They just started a 401k, which I am thankful for. They pay fairly for the work you do, and offer bonuses for doing them well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at this company is simply amazing. They live the corporate values that they set up, and have created the best company I have ever worked for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average pay for my job is substantially more than what I am paid. SDRs in other organizations make significantly more than they can make here at this time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers. They are so wonderful and make work bearable. Truth be told I would rather be on a beach somewhere but if I must work, at least it is fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership actually cares about you and wants you to reach your goal. Even if it is not with this company forever. I feel like they are invested in me as a human person and not just as a number.
