I am an active member of the leadership team and the compassion, dedication, and hard work I see from fellow leaders helps me to drive my own motivation and set bars for my own team.

We are all human with each other before anything else. My team, both my callers and my fellow leadership team, is driven to produce results while maintaining genuine care and compassion for the development of our teams skills and professional growth.
