Everyone is always quick to jump in to help or provide feedback.

They did not expect me to come in knowing everything about what they did, they were quick to answer questions and very welcoming.

Everyone is always ready to jump in and help. I never have to worry about leaning on my teammates because we all show up for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no superficial formality across departments or management levels. Everyone has great rapport whether you're at entry-level or CSuite. It is just a very "easy to communicate in" environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How approachable they are - I feel safe reaching out to them for help if needed and they do their best to be invested and involved at all levels of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that I'll never be stagnant here. I will always have opportunities to grow and not only that, but I will have a team that wants to see me grow and will celebrate it. And I love being able to offer that same encouragement to my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees at all levels of the company are encouraged to have input. Management WANTS to hear from us about our day-to-day experiences, they want to hear our concerns and suggestions for fixes, they want us to collaborate with them to make CIENCE better. We don't have to fear speaking up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their supportiveness and genuine desire to see their staff succeed. They take a real interest in lifting up everyone they can and stay very hands-on and accessible to staff at all levels of the company. And not in a micromanaging way - truly to be supportive. It is just such a positive experience.
