As I said before, will to make everything transparent and friendly, but it's not always working in the way it should be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As for Ukraine I feel that my compensiation is high enough, but according to working hours I wish I could earn more. And most of the time it's not my bad performance during the day that I should work overtime
