They're really involved with day to day operations.

When it actually works. If we are successful and the client is successful the whole interaction is extremely rewarding.

It gives us a chance to get to know each other. I don't feel like the greater team has enough personal interactions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very approachable. I feel like there is a focus to learn and grow from mistakes that makes the company as a whole stronger.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know what our targets are for Q2. We haven't had an update on metrics since Q1 bonus came out. It seems the Q1 goal had never been previously attained and we missed it substantially. I haven't heard any updates on if Q2 goal has been adjusted to be reasonable attainable after the Q1 resul
